New NIL may make LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne the first collegiate athlete to earn $1 million.2

NIL trailblazer Livvy Dunne has expanded her wide portfolio with a new brand partner as she continues to celebrate LSU’s first-ever national championship in gymnastics history.

The senior has a “multi-million-dollar deal” with the top content creator platform, Passes, and has an additional year of eligibility, should she want to use it.

Dunne is Passes’ first partner with a collegiate athlete. He is one of the most, if not the most, prolific student-athletes in the NIL. The platform assists creators in growing their businesses, expanding their revenue sources, and strengthening their relationships with fans through unique content.

With her agreement, fans will have even greater access to the gymnast, who has over 15 million followers across her TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat accounts.

Dunne told Sports Illustrated, “I can’t wait to use the platform.” With Passes, I can leverage my NIL and entrepreneurial spirit to provide my fans with unique material created by me on a user-friendly, secure platform.

Here, instead of representing other brands, I can develop my own and find fresh approaches to interact with my audience. The ability to speak with your audience one-on-one, which I believe truly strengthens the bond, is what I find to be so unique about the platform.”

Dunne will provide fans access to behind-the-scenes material, including as livestreams and one-on-one conversations, through her Passes collaboration, allowing her to interact with her followers directly.

“Whether I’m going for a workout or to a red carpet,” she remarked, demonstrating how she balances it all is what excites her the most.”We at Passes are thrilled to be working with Livvy Dunne,” said Lucy Guo, CEO and founder of Passes. She is the epitome of a female entrepreneur and empowerment. The world has taken notice of her brilliance and charisma, and we can’t wait for Passes to let fans to get even closer to her.

With its relationship with Livvy, Passes is showcasing a new area of concentration for the company—namely, supporting collegiate athletes and giving them more ways to generate income.

Instead of depending solely on brand relationships, passes give authors a more consistent source of cash.Creators can give fans the option to purchase Passes, which provide them access to a variety of special events and material, such as live streaming, one-on-one fan conversations, unlocking posts, and direct messaging. Because to Passes’ strict community and content restrictions, everyone can feel comfortable there.

Among the other partners on Dunne’s NIL brand roster are American Eagle, Motorola, Vuori, Nautica, Accelerator, Leaf Trading Cards, and Caktus AI, in addition to Passes. In order to support female student-athletes in obtaining new NIL opportunities, Dunne established The Livvy Fund prior to the season in partnership with the official LSU collective Bayou Traditions.

Dunne’s next decision is what to do with her extra year of eligibility at LSU following the COVID-19 the 2020 season, if anything. Will she explore other professional options, or will she remain in Baton Rouge for another year of gymnastics and NIL dominance?

She stated that she discussed her future with her LSU coaching staff this week and made a choice, but she isn’t quite ready to announce it just yet.”I’m really blessed to have had these opportunities here at LSU,” she said. “I’m in the best possible situation. I’m incredibly appreciative.”
