Shilo Sanders portrays father Deion Sanders in acting debut

Shilo Sanders made his acting debut in the season finale of BMF on Starz on Friday, playing his father, Buffaloes coach Deion Sanders.

Deion, as "Prime Time" or "Coach Prime," revealed Shilo's involvement in the crime drama this week.

The 10th episode of the third season debuted on the Starz app at midnight Friday and airs at 8 p.m. EDT.

"Shilo Sanders did his thang on BMF," Sanders posted Friday, applauding his son. So proud of you, son! Wow! Wow! Babe, Sanders aren't playing.

"Daddy dawg, you played! I'm really proud!" Shilo, 24, began college at South Carolina. He played for his dad at Jackson State in 2021 and missed part of 2022 with a knee injury.

In 11 games for the Buffaloes last season, he had 70 tackles, four forced fumbles, three passes defensed, a fumble recovery, and an 80-yard touchdown interception.

He wears 21, his father's Hall of Fame NFL number. Last season, his 22-year-old brother Shedeur was Buffaloes quarterback. He played quarterback for his father at Jackson State.

Shedeur, an aspiring rapper, published his first single, "Perfect Timing," on Tuesday. Last season, the 4-8 Buffaloes' 69.3% passer threw for 3,230 yards, 27 touchdowns, and three interceptions. He scored four touchdowns rushing.
