Michigan WR Darrius Clemons files for transfer.

According to various reports, the Michigan Wolverines lost another player to the transfer portal when sophomore Darrius Clemons filed his name on Wednesday.

He is the second player to enter the transfer portal today, following wideout/punt returner Jake Thaw, who entered just two days after the

The 6-foot-3, 212-pounder appeared in 22 games for Michigan football, catching four catches for 40 yards.

His amazing touchdown reception in the 2022 spring game, as a true freshman, may be his most memorable moment at Michigan.

At one point in time, Clemons was considered to be a possible successor for one of the major receiving roles for the Wolverines.

However, he was ultimately outsnapped by his fellow classmate Tyler Morris, as well as by Semaj Morgan and Fredrick Moore, who were all true freshman this past year.

Due to the fact that he was a four-star recruit coming out of high school and had all of the measurables necessary to be successful at the position, he possesses a great deal of potential.

To our great regret, it was never able to materialize at the University of Michigan.
