Angel Reese and Cardoso's debuts were widely watched on fans' livestreams after the WNBA was unable to broadcast.

Angel Reese and Kamilla Cardoso's WNBA debuts were extensively seen on a social media livestream provided by a fan who stepped in when the league's app failed to broadcast the game.

Reese and Cardoso appeared in their first preseason game for the Chicago Sky on Friday night, a 92-81 loss against the Minnesota Lynx.

The WNBA's app wrongly showed the game as available to view, confusing fans until the league clarified that just Caitlin Clark's debut with the Indiana Fever was being aired.

"Would y'all want me to try and stream the game on here??" The X user inquired, "No promises on quality, but I can try."

Viewership on the livestream varied, but on Saturday, the video received approximately 434,000 total views.

The X user had earlier shared a screenshot indicating that the feed peaked at 173,381 live watchers.

“Anybody that watched it should send three bucks to the person, I don't even know who it is,” Reeve said. "

"I think that what I would say is that the growth is happening so fast. It's so accelerated.
