Alkaline Diet Pineapple Carrot Juice

Prepare the pineapple by cutting it into chunks. You can use fresh pineapple or frozen pineapple chunks for convenience.

Wash the carrots thoroughly under running water and trim off the ends. You can leave the skin on if the carrots are organic, as it contains valuable nutrients. Otherwise, peel the carrots before juicing.

Once all the ingredients are prepared, feed them through your juicer one at a time. Alternate between the pineapple, carrots, and ginger to ensure even mixing and extraction

If desired, you can add a splash of water or ice cubes to the finished juice to thin it out and adjust the consistency to your liking. This is especially refreshing if you prefer a chilled drink on hot summer days

Once all the ingredients have been juiced, stir the juice well to combine all the flavors. You can also strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother texture, although this is optional.

Pour the freshly made alkaline diet pineapple carrot juice into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy it as is or garnish with a slice of pineapple or a sprig of mint for an extra touch of freshness.

– Rich in antioxidants: Pineapple and carrots are both rich in antioxidants, which help protect your cells from damage caused by free radicals. Antioxidants also have anti-inflammatory properties and may reduce the risk of chronic diseases.

– Supports digestion: Pineapple contains an enzyme called bromelain, which aids in digestion by breaking down proteins and reducing bloating and gas. Carrots are rich in dietary fiber, which supports digestive health and helps prevent constipation.
