A Vodka Soda with Spicy Tomatoes  

An author by the name of Kate E. Richards, who is also the author of Drinking with Chickens,   

has offered EatingWell with a recipe for a spicy cocktail. According to Richards,  

the cocktail is as good for brunch or happy hour, regardless of whether or not food is served.  

Ingredient

Tomato-Infused Vodka 

2 cups vodka 6 halved cherry tomatoes 1/2 jalapeño pepper  

Cocktail 

half-ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice 3 finely sliced cherry tomatoes 5 thin jalapeño pepper slices Ice Seltzer
